In 2023 IGP Decaux launch a sustainability project and I became one of the 3 selected artist. It’s amazing to see my animation and illustration all around Italy in the IGP Decaux advertising space!

The main source of inspiration was the very definition of sustainability, which emphasizes the need to meet the needs of the present generation without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own.

In the illustration, a character is shown lovingly watering their garden, symbolizing care and responsibility toward the environment, which brings forth special flowers. These flowers contain delicate little houses, representing future generations.

The image conveys the idea that our current actions, like drops of water nourishing the soil, can lead to prosperity and a promising future for upcoming generations. Each flower symbolizes potential, hope, and the opportunities we must preserve and protect to allow them to fully blossom over time.

Through this illustration, we aim to evoke a sense of responsibility and connection with the future, inspiring people to reflect on their actions and consider how they can contribute to creating a sustainable world for the generations to come. It invites us to care for our planet as a precious garden so that we can cultivate a future where the little houses within the flowers represent the well-being and happiness of future generations.
